Harold et Maude

aside from my seething rage i have to say that Harold and Maude from what i've seen, i taped it because i thought i'd be sleeping and not typing shit to useless bastards, is the worlds greatest love story! it's beautiful and unique and quirky and can be interpreted in several ways. i haven't formed the rest of my thoughts on the other possible interpretations but for now i'm going with the one that i'm identifying with. the world will give you one person that will make you not feel like a freak. one person whose circumstances pain and experiences will create a human being that will be a match for you not perfectly but enough so that you can have momentary lapses in happiness, the only real type of happiness, someone who will understand you and make you feel all better. this person can be your 'true love' or your bestfriend maybe both or split in two and you can have to of them. and if you did get that then you'd be the luckiest person on earth wouldn't you be? to continue on the world will also be a seeting fucking BASTARD! and give you a horrid situation to keep this person from you or eventually tear them from your arms leaving you stripped cold and sad and most importantly and severely ALONE!
